till then , i suggest you check out some other strips on deviantart. storytellers deserve support
and deviantart has some truly great ones.

that way you dont have to keep checking my page  all the time but will actually have a nice array of good often funny stuff to read

and yes, i do know that my stuff is of that specific flavor, but ultimately you can write well about anything if the characters feel relateable, and i have seen that done well by others too






and many more, look around, give them a chance, not everyone had the cheatcode of hot bdsm girls to lure people in, and many do deserve  to be seen

i mean wow, i get an email that apparently people started referring this thing as a sage!!!

and now that i vented .. im off to sketch the rest of the next update page. it is takin me a bit more time with all the current hectic preparations of my other comic, but  new update will see the light of day quite soon!

atleast till 15 of december my updating will be a bit wonky, reason is i'm clearing my schedule , and preparing my other stuff for print. now, there will be new updates till then, just cant guarantee its timing.  so, be patient, i can say that after 15th of december  ill start spamming out some updates

so you probably noticed the absence of updates. i had me a bit of a health  clusterf$%k these last 2 weeks which derailed my daily work schedule so i have to get that sorted out. then there is the whole gotta prepare my other book for print and that is a crapload of work on its own

so unfortunately this thing is on pause till sunday november 11th.  by then i should have all the scheduling cleared and we can get this thing moving forward

oh and i am fine now just buried in stockpiled scheduling XD

i will be away for about two weeks as i'll have me ..ooooh about 300 pages of comic to reformat for print ....that will be fun....ugh

there is a possibility i might end up publishing this in a book format.

by that i dont mean imma stop posting it here

this is the main place where strips will be arriving, and books would be just bigass compilations woth some possible bonus material  as incentive

sure , i am planning to dispel some misconceptions about bdsm, and  relationships in general but bottom line is this. i am drawing this for my own fun. and i suggest you read it for your own entertainment.

it is free fluff, enjoy it for what it is.


reason why i am repeating this is that i have heard about people having such in depth conversations and analysi...whatever the plural of that is...
and i am amazed that they think i even remotely planned that stuff out  so far ahead.

pure fact of the matter is this

i got bored and artistically burned out 10 months ago
decided to try and recapture the last time i had the true flame
and apparently that was when i got  offered to draw a bdsm fetish comic ,but then another much better offer was presented so i never drew the comic.

i started doodling this stuff for fun.

kept making pictures of same two girls

and they started talking


aaaaand wouldn't shut zp ever since...

and now im way past the point of no return. back in the earlier days i contemplated ending it all, shutting down the account as it has fulfilled its purpose and revived my love for drawing....


now.. its too late


so at best i can say, enjoy this silly ride,  you may find a few clever lines in it but overall it is what it is..

anyhoo, off to finish next 2 too damn long strips....


seriously, the fuck is with me and the  ever increasing panel count?

we were  getting close to the end of first book...and just no...

we got burned out completely by the uninteresting characters.


now, dont get me wrong in any way, this is my wife's and my own opinions here. you like the book? good , we all love what we love, hell bdsm is a perfect example of that. so don't think i in any way thing less of people who liked the books, cause ultimately it is a matter of taste





initially we liked some elements. the treatment of the contract  for instancewas a pleasant surprise , when both characters point out the fact that a bdsm relationship contract has no legal validity but is more of an agreement.

we liked the element of trust being mentioned repeatedly, and i personally liked the lip biting... a personal quirk of my wife that i love


but...well, the twilightyness of it all was killing the book. and here is why. they don't act like people. gray acts like a vampire, his family just screams the cullens...anna has a best friend who is a mexiccan and badly wants her... , all just rings too familiar.

but its the wasy they talk. see i am no shakespeare...AND I DONT TRY TO BE!!! i am a dumbass who is doodling a fetishy comic trying for it all to make some sense and get some of the personal knowledge across. that is all i am, but in this book ... my god it is like on every page there is an occasion in which the writer badly wants us to know she knows words. she will unnecessarily try to find the most obscure word for the most usual term. and then repeat it over and over and over again.

don't get me wrong. we all repeat words, but if it is a regular word that doesn't feel out of place, it just sounds natural, but the constant repetition of the phrases and words in this book just feels grating on the nerves.

i wont go into the whole virgin and the billionare dom  thing. its a book, it is escapism. you either suspend the disbelief or you dont. but the books true flaw is a simple one...

characters are boring and unrelateable.  ana has her moments, thank god, but  it really is the low level of archetype  fantasy of a guy here that had my wife seem mindrottingly bored between the fits of laughter caused by every  oh my anna says

now, listen. if you like the book you like it, power to you. taste is not up for discussion. people are different fantasies are different. i see why the bookd are as sucessful as they are. they play on the old writing archetypes that have been around since dracula of an innocent young woman being seduced by a dark stranger. it is a genre many likeand that is perfectly fine


unfortunately my wife and i couldn't  find the strenght to go on... instead i have listened to her rant about the book for two days now

so all in all .. um... i guess this book was ultimately fun if not interesting for me XD.... yeah i know, doesnt sound like im making alot of sense, but you probably know what i mean

this deviants edit of my comic actually made me see that it would be possible to make this into a genuine book one day. pay close attention to some of the edit choices and design choices. as i said, i am rarely impressed  to this extent but this is just brilliant!

this week i will add a prequel page of a sort to chapter 1, as all of this is literally being written on the go and without any thought given to structure it was inevitable that structure might pop its ugly head into it all so imma be adding one page before it all that will set everything up and really help me along with further storytelling, and plausibility . just so you guys aren't confused when that happens, cya later
